What a perfect way to welcome March with this adorable Rainbow – St. Patrick’s Day Birthday Party!
This rainbow balloon backdrop was super easy to make. I purchased a balloon arch decorating strip, basically a clear plastic strip with holes in it. You just blow up the balloons and pull the knot through the holes. It’s flexible and super easy to make into different shapes and pin to your wall. To incorporate a little St. Patrick’s Day into the theme, I purchased the shamrock cutouts from the Dollar Tree. I hole punched the top and strung them on twine to create a banner.
No party is complete without a pretty cake and cupcakes. I topped the cake and cupcakes with this rainbow cake topper, rainbow cutout cupcake toppers and personalized cupcake toppers.
These adorable favors are little plastic St. Patrick’s Day hats from the Dollar Tree flipped upside down to create a holder for the goody bags. I filled them with chocolate gold coins, granola bar, gummies and a cute plus rainbow key chain. The rainbow cello bags are also from the Dollar Tree. The finishing touch are these cute personalized favor tags available in my shop.
The rainbow treats are easy to assemble. I wanted it to look like the pot of gold at the end of the balloon rainbow. The black bucket was a from Halloween and I found these small gold buckets at Michaels. I used green M&M’s, rainbow licorice, fruit loops and sour skittles labeled with these personalized food label tent cards. These labels are so cute on the water bottles. They are water resistant so no worries about ink running all over your cold or iced water.
Such a fun, happy party and easy to achieve! Good Luck!
